Restorative Beats is a collective of school administrators from Illinois advocating for the use of restorative practices to overcome the challenges of social media, violent video games, aggressive music, and other negative influences. Children are immersed in bad influences causing disruption and danger in American schools and communities. Other industries, such as hospitality, retail, and healthcare, are seeing a rise in aggressive and violent customer interactions as well. The impact of fear, hate, and aggression is everywhere, transcending socioeconomic status and demographics.
Through decades of experience, training from industry leaders, and a passion for positive change, the Restorative Beats team has found some of the answers. Each of us feels the need to bring these ideas to political leaders, schools, and as many other organizations as possible. The world needs more kindness.
